HERZ Table Stable creates a stable measurement environment.
A stable support structure can further enhance the seismic isolation performance of the HERZ TS series vibration isolation system.
Active seismic isolation systems can eliminate vibrations with amplitudes within 20μm in the vertical direction and both horizontal directions. If the platform or surface where the active seismic isolation system is installed is not sufficiently stable, it may degrade the system's performance or amplify vibration interference. We can provide a stable support structure with high damping to further improve the TS series' vibration isolation capabilities.
The diagram above shows that the HERZ TS-150/LP is equipped with mounting threaded holes with an M6-25 mm XY matrix. We can customize such specifications according to customer requirements.
If customers have specific surface mounting hole requirements, please contact us. However, we are currently unable to customize dimensions that are excessively unusual.
The active seismic isolation system operates across all six degrees of freedom, with active isolation frequencies ranging from 0.7 Hz to 100 Hz for the XYZ axes.

The LCD display panel shows real-time vibration readings from the XYZ directions.
