The 2024 China Planarization Technology Conference and the Cross-Strait Planarization Technology Forum were held in Yantai, China from May 26th to 28th. This symposium invites experts, scholars and technicians from universities, research institutes and enterprises related to flattening technology on both sides of the Taiwan Strait to participate. It aims to conduct academic and technical exchanges on the current development status and trends of flattening technology, jointly enhance the research and application level of flattening technology, and promote the development of related industries.
