At this exhibition, our company showcased a variety of new optical film measurement devices from the American company Filmterics on site, including the new 3D scanning profilometer system Profilm3D, the DualMap system that measures both resistivity and thickness, the F1310 series for measuring ultra-thick films, and the F3-UV system for measuring ultra-thin films. A variety of film thickness testing equipment such as the semi-automatic wafer measurement system F50. A large number of domestic and foreign customers stopped in front of our company's exhibition hall to visit and showed interest in the products on display.
