Unicon Technology Co., LTD. 's participation in SEMICON CHINA 2017 Semiconductor Exhibition has successfully concluded at the Shanghai International Expo Center on March 16, 2017. At this exhibition, our company showcased a variety of new optical film measurement devices from the American company Filmterics on site, including the new 3D scanning profilometer system Profilm3D, the thick film measurement series F1310, the film measurement series F3-UV, the semi-automatic wafer measurement systems F50, F40, and many other film thickness testing devices.
